AI for Finance Professionals – 3 meetings, 3 hours in total
Demonstration, Discovery & Use Cases – One hour
At this first meeting, we demonstrate to you how easy it is to build an AI Workflow, using a typical Finance transaction as an example. We then discuss what kind of use cases your team would like to build AI Workflows for, and discuss what’s required for the third meeting, the actual workshop.
Setting up the environment – Half hour
At this meeting, we work with the participants in the upcoming workshop and also IT to ensure their laptop/desktop environment is prepared to use the AI tool of choice, example Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, etc. We make sure the Excel version is compatible with the tool, and cover other technical requirements and access issues.
AI for Finance Professionals – 90 to 120 minutes
This is the actual workshop, where the participants are hands-on building their AI Workflows for their specific business processes using their data. Note eAlliance is hands-off during this meeting, providing guidance, walking the participants through the step-by-step workshop script, answering questions and sharing best practices.
